Sold me a boat lift that needed stops but after they got paid they never followed through on the stops after I called and emailed many times. At one point when they would talk to me, I got the feeling they couldn’t figure out how to make stops for the lift, the way it sat in my slip. Lift was also poorly balanced for my boat. I ended with a quote to spend $5000 with another lift company just to get the stops put in and rearrange the tanks to lift my boat a balanced way. So I actually just sold this lift and bought from a company that actually custom built a lift for my boat in my slip. If you use these guys, don't pay them until you are 100% sure they have completed the job. Or better yet, I’d recommend you don’t use this company.
